1. Download salah satu BitDefender 2008 Total Security atau Antivirus
(Setelah selesai download, jangan langsung diinstal!)
2. Buka C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ cari lalu klik kanan di file Hosts --> Pilih Properties
3. Kosongkan ticker (untick) Read-only lalu klik Apply
4. Sekarang buka file Hosts tadi dengan notepad (Start > Run > Notepad) masukan: 127.0.0.1 update.bitdefender.com
CEK DULU, TAMPILANNYA KURANG LEBIH SEPERTI INI:
5. Baiklah, sekarang mulai instalasi BitDefender
6. Setelah selesai instalasi akan ada panduan untuk melakukan registrasi
7. Gunakan Keygennya
8. Saat proses registrasi, pilih Create Account Later
9. Setelah selesai proses registrasi, restart komputer anda
10. Kalau langkah-langkah di atas diikuti dengan benar, maka anda akan mempunyai BitDefender yang dapat diupdate seumur hidup
